In this inspiring setting I began my career in real estate over 20 years ago. I have worked in various capacities from assistant to transaction coordinator to agent and I have ridden through an ever-changing real estate market. While I quickly became aware of the importance of negotiating and marketing in a real estate transaction, it was also evident that many agents neglected the importance of communicating regularly with their clients. Even when there is nothing new to report, people want to feel like they are kept up to date. A real estate transaction is a fascinating mix of people and personalities. Not just Buyers and Sellers but lenders, appraisers, escrows, title companies and a variety of trades people, each with their unique perspective and input. I love people and have found that paying attention to detail, in-depth follow through and the business expertise I have developed have become almost my trademark through the years.
Because of where I live, my main business is in Huntington Beach and Fountain Valley. But I have sold in Temecula, Corona, Chino Hills, Long Beach and a variety of cities in Orange County. Our ideal weather means we have equal access to properties year round and I love that about southern California!
