About Joanne

Originally from New Jersey, Joanne Stasio and her family relocated to the Palos Verdes Peninsula in 1990. They rented a home in the Montemalaga neighborhood of Palos Verdes Estates for two years before purchasing their home in Rancho Palos Verdes, SeaView neighborhood in 1993. Joanne knew Palos Verdes was where they wanted to settle down – how can you beat the year-round temperate climate, views of the Pacific, Catalina Island, access to south bay beaches, top rated schools. With the help of their dedicated Prudential agent, Sandy Lurie, they settled into their new home and never forgot her kindness, patience, and knowledge during the whole buying process. Sandy introduced Joanne to Gary Marler, her manager – then Joanne's, and thus began her start with Prudential California Realty, first part time as a marketing assistant, then transaction coordinator and finally full-time as their Marketing Director. In 1999, Joanne made the decision to obtain her real estate license and remain a full-time agent. The sales associates Joanne is affiliated with are second to none and they are supported by a knowledgeable, caring office staff.
