Jocelyn is my gift sent from above. I have known Miss McCluer for 20 years now. She sold me my first house in March 2001. Over the years we have kept in touch, and when I decided to move on to another property in 2011, she was there. She advised me on what I could do and helped to set me in as a landlord. I recently wanted to adjust my situation and sell the very same property she helped me buy. She helped me find an investor and get the property sold. She helped me find a new investment property in DC and we were able to find out how to put the balance of the money from the previous sale down on the new property by having to pay taxes on the money through a 1031 exchange. Her experience and contact made all this possible and I am so very thankful for her.
She’s there to answer questions, be your guide, and find you the answers you need when you need them. I recommend her to all my friends and family.

Even though my husband and I knew her personally, she placed all of that aside to work with and for us as we searched and prepared to purchase our second home. This lady is able to cover all basis in your search...from the type of property to the finances required to make your dream a reality.
