Jodie Osofsky

A native Utahn born and raised, Jodie Osofsky has strong roots in the Beehive State, specifically in the Sugar House and Holladay areas. She spent her early childhood years growing up in Emigration Canyon before her family moved to Holladay, where she attended junior high and high school. Today, with family spread across the Wasatch Front, Jodie uses her local’s knowledge and years of experience to flourish as an established and successful real estate professional serving the greater Salt Lake Valley region of Utah.

Jodie entered the world of real estate in 2000, after leaving her previous career as an optician and manager for LensCrafters, and owner-manager of a local coffee shop. Learning from and working closely alongside her mother, who was already a successful REALTOR® herself, Jodie excelled quickly in real estate. For the first five years of Jodie’s career, her mother mentored her closely, passing along tips and trade secrets learned over many years of experience in the industry.

Jodie joined Summit Sotheby’s International Realty in June of 2022, drawn to the brokerage’s impeccable reputation for excellence and ability to provide a four-star experience and elevated level of support for their agents and clients alike. She consistently ranks in Utah’s Top 500 sales professionals every year, serves as the Director for the Salt Lake Board of REALTORS®, and serves on the UAR (Utah Association of REALTORS®) Legislative Committee.

After 22 years in the real estate business, Jodie is a consummate professional. She specializes in client care; one of her great joys is helping clients ‘move up’ when they have outgrown current or first homes and find themselves ready to upgrade. Jodie believes in open and honest communication between agent and clients, and always works to treat others with respect; she is a believer that actions speak louder than words. Jodie relies on her strong negotiation and communication skills to ensure that her transactions go smoothly while keeping all parties informed and involved. When she is not working in real estate, Jodie is married and a mom to two beautiful daughters, one of whom attends school at the University of Utah. Their busy family includes three dogs (two doodles named Bernie and Arthur, and a miniature daschund named Betty) and two cats named Tom and Jerry. Jodie loves to travel and experience diverse cultures with her family; she is a thrill-seeker who enjoys Jeep adventures, fishing, and being outside in Utah’s incredible landscape and climate.
