Not only have we sold 2 homes and bought a 3rd with her, but we referred our son to her as well. It is no secret that searching for and buying just the right home is stressful. We were experiencing that until we were fortunate enough to meet Jody Munn. A realtor to be sure, but one that genuinely cares about her clients and their needs and hence rises above a pure business level. Never a moment of pressure. A guiding light through the maze of details and paperwork; frequent check-ins to see how we were doing; and if there was anything she could do to help she was right there with either an answer or suggestion. Always responsive - phone calls or e-mails were answered quickly. It was a pure pleasure to find Jody taking genuine delight in our happiness and excitement. If there was a rating scale that went beyond five stars, we would readily give it to Jody. She is a joy to work with, a partner in a complex process who gently guides the buyer. We knew how busy she was, but she never acted as if we had to move things along. She makes one feel relaxed and unhurried.
