We met Jody by chance when we clicked to see a home online.

Once we talked with Jody about our goals and she shared what she thought our home's value was, we decided to go for it.

Before we sold our house, we found the home we wanted to buy and got our offer accepted. We planned to put our house on the market the same week with fingers crossed that it would sell quickly.

Then life happened.

Our sweet baby boy showed up a month early, just before we were planning to list.

The house wasn't ready and we were in the hospital. We still needed to sell ASAP.

Jody stepped up and spent hour in our home, cleaning, rearranging, and redecorating.

Within a week our home was sold!

This would not have happened in our timeframe without Jody's efforts.

When we returned from the hospital we were greeted with a basket of custom cookies with our new baby's name on them.

Jody made a stressful situation easier for us. She was there when we needed her at every turn.
