Joe Jacobi

Joe Jacobi Jr has been a licensed real estate salesperson since 2013. Coming from a family of real estate developers, Joe has been in and around development, leasing, and construction for much of his life. Joe also worked in commercial construction during college, giving him a unique insight and knowledge base during lease negotiations when it comes to buildout costs & timelines as well as determining TIA.

Joe maintains a large and active professional network, serving as President of the WNY New York State Commercial Association of Realtors (NYSCAR) in addition to being a member of the National Associated of Realtors (NAR) and Greater Rochester Association of Realtors (GRAR).

A native of the Buffalo, NY area, Joe is a hockey fanatic and has both played and coached youth hockey. He is currently a season ticket holder for the Buffalo Sabres and is happy they are winning more often.

Joe has a B.S. in Business Administration from SUNY Fredonia.
