Primary point of contact: James Boardman --- We met broker, James Boardman, when he responded to a request for information on a property we saw on realtor.com. We did not go with that original property, but James worked with us and we found and closed on our dream home this month. He was always able to arrange showings and worked around our crazy schedules. We purchased a HUD (foreclosure) property, though more streamlined of a process than earlier years, still comes with its twists and turns. He, his associates, and the closer with Hillsborough title were able to make sure our purchase and closing went as smoothly as possible. He kept up constant communications with myself and my fiance'. Rose did an excellent job helping us deal with an unresponsive listing agent and a title company that did not seem to be prepared. She negotiated on our behalf, ensuring a satisfactory outcome, when we discovered that repairs had not been made as promised. She was always available to answer our questions, even late in the evening. Having Bought and sold some nine properties over the years, I think that I can truly say that she is far superior to many of the realtors that I have experienced.

She has a good knowledge of the Tampa market. I was a first time home buyer dealing with a short sale and she remained patient throughout the process, even when we ran into complications with the appraisal and loan process. Because I wanted a community (not active 55+) which offered the amenities of a community pool and clubhouse for exercise within a short drive to the Gulf it required their expertise. Researching online is useful but I had to see the houses. I specifically selected 54 Realty because their website offered better detailed information on each community. Once I contacted them I found them friendly and reassuring. During the touring and revisiting process their patience, support, and understanding were wonderful. I felt confident in my decision to purchase the house I was seeking.

Primary point of contact: James Boardman --- I decided that in today's economy, with the interest rates so low, real estate is the best and safest investment you can make. I contacted James Boardman from 54 Realty Group and told him I had a budget of x amount of dollars to find me an investment property. Without delay, James researched a few properties for me and I decided on a condo that was in foreclosure. I was a little nervous not knowing too much about condos, and foreclosure procedures. James handled the negotiation of the price of the condo within my budget and leaving me room for improvements. In less than 3 months we moved into our home which was a short sale.
