After finishing his engineering degree from Notre Dame University in 2008, Joe started managing his family business, developing residential projects from the ground up and investing in real estate. The challenges he faced pushed him to the limits and helped him advance his knowledge in residential real estate investment and construction project management.
Joe’s solid understanding of the housing market, professionalism and exceptional communication skills enabled him to price and sell his listings for top dollars.
Shortly after relocating to Southern California, Los Angeles area, Joe joined Keller Williams then Engel & Voelkers Beverly Hills before moving to Douglas Elliman Brentwood, moves that equipped him with extra tools and knowledge to deal with various types of clients and properties.
As a real estate advisor, Joe offers the experience he gained in over 13 years in buying, selling and investing in real estate to his clients whether they are looking to buy their future home, looking to sell their existing home or looking to invest in real estate.
Because Joe believes that a happy life is about finding the right balance between work, quality time with friends and family and having fun, he tries to enjoy the benefits of living in the sunny and warm Southern California to play beach volleyball, run and bike along the ocean, play soccer and hike in the beautiful mountains of Los Angeles.
