I chose Joey as my realtor when my former realtor proved unworthy. Within one week of working with Joey we had located a suitable property for me to purchase. Joey shaped and submitted my bid so as to make my bid attractive to the seller. During the time period from when my bid was accepted and through to the settlement date, Joey was in constant contact with me and updating and guiding me through the home buying process. I loved working with Joe I highly recommend anyone to work with him while buying or selling a home. We were getting discouraged with the market in its current competitive state - Joe went above and beyond at helping us find houses while keeping our spirits high throughout the process. I met Joe in the midst of my search for my forever home, which coincided with what we now know is the Corona virus pandemic. No one was showing houses, because businesses were shut down & realtors weren't returning my calls. However, Joe responded & kept in touch, sending me virtual tours of property, and when businesses reopened, he immediately made arrangements for me to see properties that were of interest.
His responsiveness, professionalism and attention to details are a few of the qualities that makes him an exceptional realtor.
The property I finally purchased is exactly what I was looking for and I hope to have many years of enjoyment there. However, I thank God for Joe, because he not been the person to fight for his client, I may not have settled on this home, due to some unethical tactics used by the realtors for the sellers. Joe handled it like a pro and at the end of the day, I settled on my home.
I would recommend him 100%; HE IS TRULY THE REAL DEAL!!!
