The first 10 years of my real estate career were spent as a Residential Appraiser, and I vigorously studied and interpreted what makes buyers and sellers make decisions. Now I focus my expertise of the market to help buyers and sellers as a Realtor. After being a party to over 10,000 real estate transactions, I have seen how buyers and sellers make decisions about real estate. Using that knowledge to help my clients get the most out of each transaction is my top priority. Most Realtors think that they know how to do what an Appraiser can do. Helping first-time home buyers is always a special experience as people are taking their first steps in home ownership. My real expertise comes in helping people transition from one home to another. However, my obsession in real estate is to help those who are first time investors to create a plan on their path to creating a real estate portfolio that will be the legacy of their family.
