Joel Hernandez

I obtained my Arkansas Real Estate license in February of 2020 and my Missouri license in 2024. I’ve been dedicated to making each client’s real estate dreams come true since!

I bring 11 years of banking management experience, 6 years as a Closing Agent for a top-notch title company in NWA, and 3 years as a Spanish interpreter/translator. As an entrepreneur I’ve managed my own mobile Notary Public services business for over 16 years. I believe this experience makes a well versed REALTOR.

I’m excited to see the growth of Northwest Arkansas is going through. Since I’m a replant from Southern Texas, I love meeting new replants! In 2010 I relocated here to plant and pastor Beautiful Hope Baptist Church and do so until now. Since then I’ve been involved in the community coaching youth as a volunteer soccer and basketball coach. I’ve also served as a chaplain volunteer at AR Children's Hospital Northwest. I’ve served as a board member with the non-profit called One Community which helps promote literacy for both children and adults. Finally, I’m proud to serve our officers in blue as volunteer Chaplain with the Springdale Police Department.
