Joel was AMAZING! He was incredibly helpful, organized, and had a TON of insight when it came to helping us find a rental home. He was also very knowledgeable on the area, the market, and what to look out for. We had a limited amount of time to find somewhere to live and Joel relentlessly helped us until we signed a lease in a home where ALL of our needs were met. We were so lucky we were connected with him to help us find a home and I would HIGHLY recommend him to anybody looking to find a home in the greater Austin area.

In a VERY dynamic market where a previously consulted realtor was still stuck on obsolete valuations from earlier in the year, Joel was willing to look more closely and go for more aggressive pricing.

This was critical to my situation where, in order to pay for my wife's resident medical care, I was originally (and for most of 2021) prepared to RENT the property. But, with a high enough price I could sell and invest the proceeds and generate the necessary funds instead. [And not have to be a landlord again!]

As it turned out, this ended up setting a record sales price for any house in my neighborhood. We did not "sell overnight" which I thought would mean it was offered for too low of a price. At ten weeks after some price drops, following Joel's recommendation, we suddenly had three offers and went all the way to closing with the 2nd one.

Joel was a joy to work with and I could not be more pleased.

I had a target amount I needed from closing and exceeded that nicely. I can now take care of my wife without having to be a landlord.

Joel Peal is the perfect Realtor I needed in 2020
( COVID travel issues). Moving out of State presented many challenges.
However, Joel made the process of finding the perfect location with amenities important to me, guiding me during the process of new construction and finally the closing 12 months later.

I used Joel’s services because, He has excellent references! So important. My son purchased his home, then his friend.

During my absence for 11 months, Joel regularly updated me regarding construction progress and even sent pictures .

He even participated along with my son during the “ walk- thru” via FaceTime just to make sure I was happy and to clarify any questions.

I can go on and on . LOL

I highly recommend Joel Peal.

He is now guiding my daughter and her Family through the same process.
