About Joel

I have been a top producing realtor in the Boulder area with Re/Max Alliance for the past 35 years. I am a very lucky person in that I truly love what I do, whether it is helping first time buyers find their home, or helping experienced home buyers to purchase their dream home. My marketing strategies have been very successful in helping sellers to get the maximum amount from their home as well. I have owned my own construction company, Thompson Builders, and my back-round in the construction field, has proved to be very helpful to both my buyers and sellers. My ability to share this knowledge with my clients has given them the confidence they need in the buying and selling process. I have received numerous compliments from past clients that they always knew what to expect and didn’t make an un-informed or bad decision.
I pride myself in sitting down and talking to my buyers and sellers to make sure that I fully understand their needs, I then continue to give them the personal attention required to meet those needs.
