Joelle draws on her passion for the arts and her world cultural experiences when she develops a marketing program for a property. For my home, she went to great lengths to learn about a prospective buyers wishes and and match that buyer to my home which has yet to be listed for sale. This was great not only because of the successful outcome, but also because we only needed one day of showings and eliminated an open house. Understanding prospective buyers wants and bringing highly qualified and targeted customers delivered a hugely efficient and successful experience.
