John is a Lexington native and full-time Realtor with The Brokerage, and it truly brings him all kinds of joy to help clients/friends make wise real estate decisions throughout Central Kentucky! He does not ever want to buy or selling a house to feel like nothing more than a transaction, and he will do everything he can to make sure clients feel valued and understood every step of the way. He sold everything from downtown condominiums to sprawling farmland, and he cannot wait to find the perfect fit for his clients! Before he took the real estate plunge, he worked as a professional photographer as well as a creative/social media director for multiple nonprofit organizations. If clients are a buyer, that means he is equipped to channel internet resources everywhere in search of their home. If clients are a seller, that means he knows exactly what works and does not work when it comes to getting clients house in front of as many eyes as possible, and he will use his design-savvy background to make their listing stand out! When he is not tirelessly researching properties for people like his clients, he is usually hanging with his family at one of the dozens of amazing restaurants or coffee shops Lexington has to offer, exploring our beautiful state on his bike, or assembling toys for his adorable toddler.
