A Cornell alumn, John first became licensed to sell real estate in Ithaca, NY in 1972. Later acquiring a Florida license in 1987 after he moved his family to Tampa. John, the entrepreneur, has owned multiple businesses in New York and Florida. Moving the family further south to Fort Myers in 2004 allowed his two children to attend college there.

John continues to grow his knowledge base of the industry by expanding his skill set, most recently completing the necessary requirements to be a licensed real estate appraiser. Current market knowledge is what it’s all about. Please give John a call; you will be glad you did!
