John was nothing short of amazing in his enthusiasm and expertise whilst helping us to secure the property of our dreams while selling our old home.

In this incredibly competitive market he wrote the perfect offer, along with accompanying materials he advised us on which I'm sure made all the difference with us beating out many other buyers to get our offer accepted. All while expertly navigating, a potential nightmare of an escrow, as the offer was contingent to the sale of our home.

While in both escrows, many strange issues (at least seemed that way to us) developed, but John was always confident and calm, ensuring us that everything would work out just fine and it did He took a complicated situation and spared us all the stress. We loved working with John, and are already using him again in our next deal. John is an excellent negotiator and all round great guy.

John Campbell is by far the best realtor I ever dealt with, and I have had the displeasure of dealing with some unpleasant ones. There was no problem that he could not deal with, let alone do it with a smile. Having him as my agent was like having a family member in my corner. He was willing to take my problems and stress as his own, ease my concerns and find a solution without it hurting my wallet. I couldn't have asked for a more top-notch real estate agent than John. He is bright, experienced and well-versed in the many ins and outs of the real estate business. From our first meeting, it was clear to me that I had an ally who could lead, assist, and support me through the labyrinthine, tedious and sometimes tortuous aspects of finding and purchasing a new home. When it came to buying my home John not only walked me through the process but was patient and explained everything in detail in terms that I could understand. I was really nervous and aprehensive with spending as much money as I did on my home and I wanted to make sure that I was getting my money's worth for a home that didn't just look good but was structrually sound that my family and I could enjoy for years to come with the usual upkeep but nothing unforseen. John explained and walked me through the contracts, inspections and gave me options so that I felt I was making the decisions independently with no pressure. Now that the process is over and I've been in the home for over a year I know that the decision I made was the right one and that was largely in part to the care and attention John gave me during this process.
