John Chrisbens

John has been a residential realtor for over twenty years, most recently as an associate broker at PorchLight Real Estate Group. The past three decades of his career have been spent in some type of sales and marketing capacity, including a stint as the Director of Sales and Brand Development at Colorado Ski Country USA, following ten years as the Director of Sales and Marketing at Intrawest Retail Group. His strengths are decidedly in sales/marketing having created, implemented and managed multi-million-dollar campaigns at both positions, prior to his venture into residential real estate. John’s mission statement or goal in real estate is to form and keep a profitable business by creating authentic relationships with his clients that transcend real estate. His hope is that his clients would say that, although they may have originally met to conduct a real estate transaction, that their connection to John is not necessarily real estate focused, but rather a friendship based on the premise of mutual respect, admiration and enjoyment.
