Real estate is truly my passion. Licensed since 2004, I have successfully navigated multiple market cycles, from major ups to challenging downturns, and each experience has strengthened my knowledge, perspective, and ability to serve my clients with confidence. These years have taught me lasting business lessons and reinforced how critical it is to listen closely to my clients’ needs, wants, and goals—and to work tirelessly every day to deliver on them. I am a Colorado native and have lived on acreage property in Parker, Colorado for more than 30 years. My wife, Tracey, and I raised three terrific kids here, along with Black Angus cattle, and we are currently on our sixth pair of horses that my wife and daughters enjoy riding. Living this lifestyle has given me firsthand, everyday experience with rural and acreage properties, which I bring to every transaction I handle. In addition to residential sales, I have owned and managed six single-family investment homes in Parker since 1997. Over the years, we’ve had the pleasure of working with many wonderful tenants, and it has been especially rewarding to help many of them transition into homeownership through a smooth, low-stress process. One of the greatest joys of my career is now working with past clients’ children and families as they purchase their first homes—just as I once did with their parents.
It continues to be exciting and meaningful to help clients sell their homes and find their next place to create lasting memories.
