John Cox

With over 40 years of Business, Sales and Marketing experience, as a business broker, John brings a wealth of wisdom and expertise.

John and his family have resided in Mesa, AZ since 1989. In 1987 he graduated from Brigham Young University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications/Advertising.

Through personal experience, John understands the risk and challenges of running a successful business. For 19 years, John owned and operated his own Automotive Advertising Agency and Mailing business. His agency, specializing in Direct Mail Promotions for New and Used Car Dealerships, began here in Arizona and grew to service dealerships nationwide. John’s ability to consistently maintain meaningful relationships with business owners and management contributed greatly to his success.

Since 2008, John has also experienced exceptional success as a Real Estate agent here in the Phoenix metro area. He has personally closed over 360 transactions. In addition to handling traditional transactions he has worked closely with investors as they have acquired and liquidated numerous rental properties while benefiting from the use of the 1031 exchange. He also has represented investors at the Maricopa County Trustee Sale. This included auction bidding, as well as various cost analysis to help investors determine the potential profitability or loss of acquiring a particular foreclosure property.
