Megan and John were the perfect realtors! I could not recommend DeFourney Realtors more highly! As a first-time homebuyer I had been apprehensive about engaging a realtor, as I did not want to be pressured into purchasing a house with which I was not comfortable. Megan and John exemplify everything I could have hoped for in my realtors. They were patient and protective – several times convincing me to take my time to find the right house. They understand the Columbus housing market and Columbus neighborhoods thoroughly, providing expert advice on location, valuation and importantly the state of the house / property. They take their fiduciary duties to their clients extremely seriously. If at some point I decide to sell my house and look for another one in Ohio I would look no further than DeFourney Realtors.

Hardworking & honest Realtor! John DeFourny sold my home in 1 day! John is also so different than most Realtors I have seen. He arranged & oversaw the hauling, donations & cleaning. Other Realtors told me & expected me to do all of this when John just took care of having it done. He is a testament to his profession with so many others are just lazy. Will always recommend John DeFourny.

John DeFourny restored my faith in Realtors! He is an asset to his profession. My first Realtor had a fancy team and online reviews but was all fluff and no results. John taught me throughout the purchase and was always on my side. He also encouraged questions. I would not recommend buying or selling with anyone but John DeFourny!
