John Dyer

John Dyer has 40 years of commercial real estate experience as a broker, contractor, manager and consultant in the mid-Atlantic region. For much of his career, John was with Koger Equity, one of the country's premier developers of suburban office parks. As General Manager (1981-2001), he successfully led start-up, turnaround and workout efforts in three separate cities. In addition, he recruited, hired, trained and motivated co-workers, vendors and service providers. Results: occupancy remained 95% or better, retention was above average and operating costs trended down. Return on investment (ROI), the ultimate measure of real estate performance, consistently ran 16-18%. John has consummated hundreds of sales / leases worth millions of dollars, supervised the buildout of millions of square feet and directed the renovation of dozens of buildings. Clients include local, regional and national firms as well as medical practices, State and Federal agencies.
