John Farley

John Farley strives to bring personalized attention to each transaction from start to finish. He can help find just the right space and connect with an extensive network of experts to help move in, decorate, and landscape, taking the stress out of relocation. He can even help find a good doctor and get meals delivered to your door.

As a Boulder resident for the past 20 years and having grown up in Colorado's Front Range, John has come to know the real estate market intimately and enjoy passing this knowledge on to his clients. For several years, he has been involved in the green real estate movement. He has his EcoBroker designation and is a member of BGBG, where he received his Green Points certification.

John received his degree in business administration from the University of San Diego, but Colorado lured him back. He caught the real estate bug in the early 1990s by buying, selling, and investing in properties here in Boulder and has been doing so ever since. Before becoming a real estate professional, he worked as a recruiter with both local & national companies.

He is an avid outdoors enthusiast and is passionate about natural foods cooking. John currently enjoys teaching cooking classes in his spare time in and around Boulder. When not working, John enjoys hiking Boulder's endless trails with his family and 3 dogs, mountain biking and skiing. His creative endeavors include cooking, playing the guitar, writing, and photography.
