We found within a month what we were looking for and dreamed about, to have when we retired - a piece of land that can be our safe place to go :). Very quick, efficient and very relatable. We went into this process after two days we looked at several houses and came out finding a house that we loved. The day we got keys, LJ sent a cute video of our home and the keys to show he was on top of things. This dynamic duo real estate power couple helped make our dreams come true! LJ and Sara are the real deal. With such an inflated market right now, it didn't seem possible we would ever find our little patch of heaven. Through hard work, diligence and perseverance, The Kennedy's guided us through several different scenarios until we landed on the best one for us. They were able to vet most properties without even seeing them based on our criteria and highly specific requirements. LJ and Sara were the 5th local realtors we spoke with and the only one that we really connected with and had a good time looking for our new property. They stuck up for us several times and taught us so much about the whole home buying process. They were able to explain everything in layman's terms to this first time home buyer without any hint of condescension that I experienced from some other realtors. LJ catered our annual party for about 300 people! We are located 50 miles out in the middle of nowhere and he gladly came all the way out here and brought not only his barbeque but all the meat to be cooked that night! He cooked for hours on end and until late in the night! The most delicious street tacos ever! LJ made my life so much easier that night! A good freind of ours reffered LJ to us, not long ago. He came over within 24 hrs of us asking to meet with him. He laid out clear as day what we needed to do, and how to do it to buy a home. He guided us, and stayed along side while we tied our loose ends, he was extremly attentive, without being pushy or over bearing! When we were ready he took time to look at many houses with us wieghing pros and cons, instead of trying to slam us into the first house we saw to make his sale. When it came to documents, etc sara was so beyond on top of it, and quick. They made this such an easy and smooth process. Aside from being amazing agents, they are amazing people, all around, and i would consider a friend. We get our keys to our first home today & i will forever be grateful we got to use Lj & Sara for this expierience. I wont ever go through any one else, and will always reccomed them to anyoen buying a house, wether it be your first or 5th!

I can’t say enough about Sara and John Kennedy. Sara was very responsive on the offer I made to the listing agent. I truly believe because of that that’s how I was able to get my offer excepted first. I had a lot of questions and concerns about the well, the septic, monthly utility bills, whether there was CC&R’s and HOAs on the property. Even the items I requested from the owner to leave on the property. John and Sara had suggested to use Mike Walker for my home inspection who they highly recommended. John had met me out there on the property when the home inspection was done. At that time John and I had walked the entire property and we went over some concerns I had. They both had gone out to the property to visually inspect or take pictures of inspection tags, and even got me the dimensions of the laundry room and what type of electrical outlet for the dryer. After the house had closed escrow I asked them if they could go out there and do a walk-through to make sure everything from the previous owner was removed from the property. They scheduled it immediately that weekend and even sent me pictures of things in the shop and the barn that had been removed. Again I appreciate them, they were truly a pleasure to work with and help me through the entire process. I highly recommend the both of them as your future Real estate agent our next home purchase. Sorry I didn’t get to your review sooner but I’ve been extremely busy moving up in that area.

Ok, let’s start with who I am. I am the most judgmental person possible. Nothing is the way I think it’s supposed to be, and nobody does their job right. Well, LJ and Sara proved me wrong.
Their services were on a very satisfactory level. They never missed any of my calls or texts no matter what time I called. They’re both very kind, nice but professional at the same time. I can't say enough great things about my experience working with professionals like LJ and Sara. This was my first home buying experience, and I was extremely skeptical of the process based on the stories you hear about this industry. LJ and Sara quickly put those fears to rest, and I can confidently say that they truly have the best interests of their clients at heart, and I am ecstatic about the home I was able to purchase through working with them.

During the initial search process, they provided me with options that fit my specifications, but also were extremely quick and responsive when I brought a house I liked to their attention. LJ handled the showings, and I was able to get into every house that I wanted to see either the day I asked about it or the day after. During showings, LJ provided valuable insights about each house, and would often make predictions about how fast they might move or what they might end up going for. Looking back, he was right every time. This information was invaluable when finally deciding to make an offer on a place, and made me very, very certain that the home I finally chose was a great investment.

LJ and Sara are very skilled in drawing up offers that get the attention of sellers. From what I understand, Sara handles most of the paperwork, and was extremely prompt and communicative when providing it. Their knowledge of the current housing market in Spokane was invaluable, and I was able to close on an amazing South Hill property simply on the strength and content of the offer they put together; I was not the highest bidder, yet my offer contained the things the seller was looking for. They are able to do this because as agents, these two leave no stone unturned, they ask questions, get information, and use it to provide immense value to their clients.

In summary, LJ and Sara listen to your wants and needs. They answer your questions, provide expert information, and never make you feel like a burden, even if you felt like you were asking too many questions (like me). Their professionalism shows in every aspect of their business, and I recommend them with the highest possible nod of confidence.

My husband and I worked with the Kennedys on the purchase of our first home. From the start, they took two real estate novices and helped to educate and inform us on the process of buying a home. Both John and Sara had a great perspective and sense of humor on some of the less desirable homes we looked at, always offering suggestions and food for thought along the way. They were incredibly responsive and excellent communicators, which helped us to feel comfortable with the myriad details we needed to work through.
