John Landes

John is a sixth generation East Texan who is proud to call Tyler home. He earned his Business Management degree from Texas A&M University in 2012. Since graduation, John has worked in both the public and private sectors which has helped facilitate a vast business network. He currently serves on the City of Tyler’s Planning and Zoning Commission Board and as the Governmental Affairs Chairman for the Greater Tyler Association of Realtors.

Wanting to make a difference in the growth and development of East Texas, he jumped headfirst into the real estate industry in 2020. John has worked with numerous clients throughout East Texas to find their dream home, guided investors in buying and selling rental properties, and helped developers take their product to market. Commercially, he has partnered with landlords, tenants, and developers to navigate leasing, purchasing, selling, and development opportunities.

John has a knack for connecting with people and a keen eye for opportunity. He brings a passion for helping anyone in the real estate market achieve their goals.
