My name is John V Marchese. I am a proud Husband, Father & Poppy. I am married to my wife, Roxanne, since 1973 & have 2 lovely Daughters & 3 Grandchildren. I was born & raised in Lansdale & graduated from NPHS in 1966. I attended Peirce College in Philadelphia until Graduating in 1970. I began my Real Estate career in 1971 as a full-time agent at Kenneth Kratz. In 1978, I became the 1st RE/MAX Agent in the State of PA & opened RE/MAX Central in Lansdale in 1979. I then continued opening 2 more offices in Souderton & Devon. As my career continued, I had the honor of becoming Realtor Associate of the Year in 1975 from the North Penn Board of Realtors, received my Broker’s License in 1975, received the Distinguished Service Award from RE/MAX of Southeastern Pennsylvania in 1992 & served as President of the North Penn Board of Realtors in 1992. I sold my offices in 1995, but remained with RE/MAX & continue to serve the Upper Montgomery & Bucks Counties. I specialize in Residential Sales & Listings & Commercial Sales. I continue to be a member of Bright & Lehigh Valley MLS.
