I have had the pleasure of working with John Marietta of Fremont Realty LLC multiple times. Both buying and selling a home here in Canon City. If you think the words Honesty, Integrity, or customer appreciation are lost in this world today. They are not lost on him. He went out of his way to make sure our home purchase went through unimpeded. That included prompting our Washington realtor, when he was dropping the ball on our home sale there. I was referred to John Marietta by one of his former clients that I have known for years who has purchased numerous properties in Fremont County. John did a fantastic job throughout the process of selling my home and he is very knowledgeable of the real estate market in the area.

There were a few issues that needed to be solved with my property prior to the closing process.
