John has been a licensed Auctioneer for over 35 years and a Real Estate Broker for 25 years. His drive and passion for the Auction and Real Estate industry is evident in the way he tirelessly works to get the highest results for his clients.

John is an Ohio Auctioneers Association Hall of Fame Member, past Ohio Bid Calling Champion, Past Ohio Auctioneers Association President, a certified Probate Appraiser, avid Bluegrass musician and most importantly - the proud Dad of he and his wife Wendy’s son - Stephen.
