John Myrtakis

I have been a Modesto resident since 1960 and a licensed real estate broker since 1979. After enjoying a successful tenure with Zagaris Real Estate from 1979 to 1985, I established Matel Realtors in June of 1985.
Along with running a successful business, I find time to locate the best properties, at the best prices for my clients as well as list and sell existing properties, at top value in this continually changing market. While residential real estate is the bulk of my business, I have sold everything from apartment complexes, farms, ranches, large commercial centers to even a bowling alley. My twenty one years experience has provided me a wealth of information, which benefits me as well as my clients. I am often consulted by local attorneys, when they are unclear or have questions relating to trustee sales, foreclosures, deeds of trust and real estate.

I am a member of the Central Valley Association of Realtors, the California Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors, the Modesto Chamber of Commerce, the Oakdale Golf Club and the Orthodox Church.
