John-Paul Piedra was born in Miami and has lived in the community all his life. His passion for the city is the driving force that assures success for each one of his clients. John-Paul’s experience is vast and well-rounded. His leadership and knowledge of the community opened the door for further opportunities.
He was introduced to the Real Estate and Mortgage Industry in 2003 through his mentor Bernie Navarro, owner of Benworth Capital Partners. Benworth Capital Partners, LLC., is a privately held real estate, finance, investment, and management company headquartered in Coral Gables. John-Paul quickly became a Senior Account Executive at Benworth Capital Partners, LLC. During this period, he acquired various licenses and certifications and developed strong relationships with local and State real estate and business leaders.
Throughout the years, John-Paul has also been active in planning, permitting, construction scheduling, and pre-development with various multifamily and self-storage developers. John-Paul obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration International Business & Management from Florida International University.
Currently, he is a Commercial Real Estate Advisor providing services to help clients acquire, capitalize and protect the value of real estate investments. John-Paul is the son of Cuban parents and has one younger brother. His lifelong passions are fishing and music.
