John Pennington

John became a licensed Real Estate Broker in 1980 and was a broker for RAMS Realty, Inc. for four years until becoming a Broker and Vice-President for Lowson & Associates in Maui, Hawaii in 1984. Upon returning to his native home of Eugene, John created Pennington Realty, Inc. as a full-service real estate brokerage. During the last fifteen years John has grown Pennington Realty, Inc. to be a leading real estate firm in the State of Oregon. John earned his CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) in 1993 which is often refered to as the "Ph.D" of commercial real estate and a distinction that less than 5% of commercial brokers obtain nationwide.
