John Pieretti

I was born and raised in Reno, attended Bishop Manogue High School and graduated from the University of Nevada, Reno. Following the completion of his degree, John moved to Spanish Springs, Nevada to raise a family. Being so close to Lake Tahoe, he spent much of his time at his family’s home on the north shore swimming, boating, skiing, mountain biking, paddle boarding, and just enjoying the beauty that the lake exudes. Coming from a real estate background, John's passion for the industry has been apparent for as long as he can remember. With his mom's selling real estate for over 42 years, she was able to teach him the importance of hard work and close client relationships. Referrals are the foundation of his business and John work's hard to provide the best service possible. It’s his goal to build close personal relationships with his clients and referral partners to ensure a joyful experience. With a diverse range of experience in both buyer and seller representation, John has closed over 600 deals. John's experience includes flipping over 90 investment properties, selling high-end luxury real estate, working with first-time homebuyers, representing banks in the sale of their REO properties, buying and selling auction properties, listing, and selling short sale properties, and representing developers in the sale of their properties. John can do it all. Most of his days are spent working with wonderful clients, viewing properties, studying market trends, staging homes, chatting with lenders and appraisers, reading over home inspection reports, negotiating contracts, putting a SOLD sign on a lawn or passing keys over to ecstatic new homeowners. John comes home at the end of the day to a very supportive and beautiful wife, Deidre, and to his three amazing kids Makena, Tessa, and Jax.
