John has been immersed in real estate from a very young age—it’s more than a career for him; it’s a lifelong passion.
A proud product of the local school system and a graduate of Plymouth State University, John has fully embraced the New Hampshire way of life. After college, rather than taking a conventional path, he chose to strike out on his own, opening a real estate brokerage office right in his hometown of Hampton.
Over the years, John has earned the trust of clients who own some of the Seacoast’s most recognizable and historic properties—including recognizable names such as Yokens, Peavey’s, The Connie Bean, and The Rosa Restaurant, among many others. His dedication and results have consistently placed him among the Top Ten salespeople in Rockingham County. He has successfully managed hundreds of millions of dollars in real estate transactions—always, one relationship and one sale at a time.
John’s expertise has been shaped by decades of working through virtually every situation the industry can present. Whether representing buyers or sellers, coordinating with attorneys, banks, or mortgage companies, John brings deep financial knowledge, sharp negotiation skills, foresight into potential challenges, and creative solutions that consistently set him apart in a competitive market.
