Mr. John Sheffield is a go-getter. My husband and I moved to Atlanta from New Jersey in Nov 2020. John found us a beautiful home to rent in Decatur while we became familiar with the Atlanta area and then looked for a home to buy. In so many ways John looked out for us, he advised us to get professional home inspections (we were interested in two different homes to buy), negotiated the selling price $10,000 less than the purchase price, had the seller purchase one year home warranty for us, and had the seller cover $5,000 in closing costs (total savings on price to $15,000).
