As a member of the Lea Williams Luxury Real Estate Team, John has been involved with hundreds of transactions during the past 15 + years. He attributes his success to a passion for helping people, combined with his effective communication skills and creative problem-solving abilities.
As a licensed Real Estate Broker in both Idaho and Washington (as opposed to a salesperson), he continues to invest considerable time and effort to keep abreast of the latest marketing, technology, legal, building construction, and design trends. John is an active member of the National Association of Realtors and all three regional MLS's – Coeur d'Alene, Selkirk (Sandpoint), and Spokane, WA.
On a personal note, John met his fantastic wife, Lea, in college while studying on Semester at Sea, and they have two wonderful adult children and one ornery cat. His formal education includes a BA in Mathematics from William Jewell College in Liberty, MO, and an MBA from Rockhurst College in Kansas City, where he was born and raised.
In addition, he is actively involved with many local organizations and charities. John enjoys tennis, pickleball, snowboarding, boating, golf, and fishing and enthusiastically embraces the Pacific Northwest lifestyle.
