Johnny does outstanding work. I had to have major repairs do to a tree crushing my house, as well as move out of the country for work. He went above and beyond to help with design and coordination with the contractor to make everything go smoothly. I truly appreciate all the help and hard work Johnny put in to turn a disaster in to an unbelievable success!

We were very happy with Johnny Jaynes as our realtor. He was prompt at communicating with us and helping us navigate what we were looking for. This market is extremely tough for buyers with loans and we only lost on one house before getting one. Johnny was adamant to help us change our loan that would satisfy the sellers of the house we ended up getting and was able to pull some strings last minute to get us set up with another loan. In addition, Johnny was really honest about a reasonable offer price and we never felt that he was trying to make us offer more than needed. He was knowledgeable about the area we were looking in for a house and that was a big factor for us. I always felt he was available for us when we needed him. He has a lot of connections in the community and within the real estate business that I think really helped close the deal. We would definitely recommend him in the future!

Johnny was a pleasure to work with throughout the whole home buying process. My wife and I had something specific in mind for what we wanted our forever home to be, and Johnny didn’t stop searching or helping us until we found a home we fell in love with. We purchased our home in July 2018. We were very pleased with the service Johnny provided for us. He found us our dream home and helped to make sure we got an outstanding deal.
Since then, we have refinanced to take advantage of the low interest rates and I reached out to him about finding homes that were equivalent to ours as a comparison. Johnny went out of his way to help me line up comparable properties to make sure we received fair price on our appraisal!
I can't talk enough about his professionalism and how willing he was to drop everything to go look into a place that I was curious about.
