Johnny Phan

Born and raised in Richmond, VA, Johnny’s love for his hometown grew even more because of attending Virginia Commonwealth University, where he earned his degree in Real Estate and Urban Land Development. From an early age, he understood the value of real estate from watching his parents buy and manage several rental properties. His most recent work as a Property Director with the YMCA of Greater Richmond presented him with the opportunity to manage two of their branches, where he gained the knowledge and firsthand experience with the structure and functionality of a building.

Johnny has a huge heart for Richmond and a passion to connect people with the many opportunities within his hometown.

Outside of Real Estate, you can catch Johnny cycling anywhere within a 50-mile radius of Richmond. Johnny resides in the Tuckahoe area with his wife Maddy and their rescue dog, Nala.
