Jollete Ryon epitomizes integrity, energy, hard work, and creative service in every detail of your real estate transaction. Jollete is a South Texas girl that moved to the DFW area 30 years ago. She started her sales habit at an early age by working in her Mothers jewelry store selling jewelry on the weekends. She continued her sales career through college but at the wholesale level. Ultimately starting her own retail company at the age of 21 (still in operation to date). In 2004 she made a career change and entered into the Residential Real Estate world. This was an easy transition for her as she had personally bought and sold multiple residential properties and had purchased commercial real estate as well. With over 20 years of experience she has worked every aspect of the industry representing sellers, buyers, investors and banks. She is the annual recipient of multiple awards, but what she values most are the lasting relationships she has created with her clients. Jollete enjoys showing horses, weight training, and spending time with her 5 children.

Jollete has been trained by and mentored by one on one coaching with industry leading coaches as well as some of the top producing agents in the industry. She thrives on building relationships with Vendors to provide her clients with the best resources in the industry. Jollete uses her experience and foresight to proactively address details before they become a problem. Jollete and her team work to initiate communication in every detail of the transaction, from the first phone call all the way to close. Jollete is in constant pursuit of improving her skills and expanding her reach. Currently Luxury Home Certified and Sport Star Relocation Certified has allowed her to develop a concierge program for moving across the street or across the country. This program is equipped to relocate luxury vehicles, home staffing needs, as well as moving, design and home organization. Every tool a luxury home buyer or sell would need to complete a seamless move.

My first experience with Jollete Ryon Schoeve with Re/Max North Texas Team was about 25 years ago. She was agent for a $1.5 million home my parents were considering and I was so very impressed with her knowledge of the market, architecture and structural quality that I have since used her exclusively for my own needs on many occasions. She is dead on for market analyses and she has an amazing work ethic and process for selling & buying a home. She is hands on in the entire process no matter what the selling or purchasing price of a home would be or where the location is. I've been involved with her on six different occasions on both ends and each time she amazes me. She will tell you the honest truth whether it's what you want to hear or not and I've grown to love that about her. It's been a pleasure seeing her progress in both her personal and business life through the years as she adapts through various market situations. Choosing Jollete is always a good decision.
