Jon is a Florida native born and raised in St. Petersburg. He relocated to Sarasota as a managing partner with Outback Steakhouse and has lived here since 1999. Jon got back into real estate in 2005 as an appraiser and realtor after 16 years with Outback.

Jon is a huge supporter of the Autism community; his oldest son has Autism. He serves on the Board of Directors for Beyond the Spectrum, a non-profit school for children with special needs located in Lakewood Ranch.
