At Turton Commercial, I specialize in the sale and leasing of commercial real estate investment and development opportunities throughout Sacramento, with a concentration in Midtown and Downtown.

After earning a bachelor’s degree in business finance with honors from Sacramento State in 2013, I joined Turton Commercial and since that time have been involved in sale and lease transaction totaling over $300,000,000 in gross consideration. I also hold a Juris Degree with Distinction from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law and am a licensed attorney and Broker in the State of California.

Together, I provide a unique value proposition to my clients, which includes an in-depth and comprehensive understanding of commercial real estate economic, technical, and legal variables. I take on many roles for my clients that include strategic planning, in-depth market analysis, property valuation, complex contract review, and financial modeling for unique commercial properties, land parcels, and development opportunities.

Over the years, I’ve helped facilitate many prestigious transactions including the sale of the most lucrative development opportunity is Sacramento’s central city – the 800 Block – between the Sacramento Kings and the City of Sacramento; the sale of Q19, a 68-unit luxury multifamily project in Midtown; and the sale of the Clarion Hotel development site, future home to 186 apartments in Downtown.

In my free time, I enjoy renovating and tinkering with my 1955 Mid Century Modern home, hacking it on the golf course, paddle boarding down the American River, and spending time with my wife, Niki, and our shih tzu puppy.
