Jon Mavrakis

Jon brings an extensive background in real estate development, sales, marketing and finance, especially as it relates to downtown Cleveland. He has served as executive director of Pinnacle Management Group, where he managed the development of a 14-story luxury residential building in downtown Cleveland as well as a Warehouse District conversion of an apartment building to condominiums.

A Cleveland native, Jon has spent almost a decade living in downtown Cleveland, where he enjoys and promotes the urban lifestyle. Jon began his career in downtown Cleveland, earning a bachelor’s degree in international relations from Cleveland State University and working in finance and marketing at The Plain Dealer.

Jon is a licensed realtor and serves as the treasure of the Downtown Cleveland Resident Association (DCRA) and is a member of the Real Estate Advisory Group for the Downtown Cleveland Alliance (DCA).
