Jon was a incredible resource and truly went above and beyond to ensure we got our dream house. We were first time home buyers, and had a slew of questions regarding the process, mortgages, pre-approval, etc. From day one, Jon was available to answer all of our questions, great with communicating and response time and incredibly knowledgable about each and every steps.

Jon ended up having to do a walkthrough for us while we were out of town, leading us to put an offer in and eventually getting that same house.

I would highly recommend Jon to anyone looking to buy a house in San Diego!

After retiring from the military and have little time to move out of state so I wanted to sell my home quickly I contacted Pallisade Realty and Jon answered the the call. I told him that I need to sell ASAP and he came in and advised me on what needed to be done. Once work was completed . 3 days after the open house we had multiple offers and within 21 days closing was complete. Jon is an outstanding realtor and

Jon found us the perfect home!! After 6 months of searching and a lot of frustration as a young couple without a ton of cash to put down up front in one of the most competitive markets AND the during the most competitive time, he was able to use his professional network and get us in to check out our now home before it was fully listed and we were able to snag it right away! We moved in less than a month later because of how quick and committed Jon is to making sure you get the absolute best shot. ALWAYS easy to reach and moves really fast which is so necessary right now if you want a chance at any listing in this area. Jon is an amazing real estate professional! He made buying our first home a breeze from negotiating with the seller to giving us invaluable guidance throughout the whole home buying process.

The greatest thing about Jon is that he doesn't just want to get the sale and move onto the next client. He cares for, and goes all out for, his clients. He found us an amazing home, he aggressively negotiated with the seller which resulted in us receiving a ton of seller credits, and, when there was an issue with our home inspection and escrow, he got our home inspection comped because of his great relationship with the inspection company.

Jon also has multiple connections for anything you will need as a homebuyer. He connected us with an amazing mortgage broker that made getting our loan as painless as possible. We also hired Jon's electrician who did great work at an even better price. Whatever you need, Jon knows someone experienced and reliable to get the job done.

Overall, Jon is an amazing guy and we are so fortunate he was our real estate professional. If you are buying or selling a home, you need Jon Nguyen.

We had offers within two weeks of putting on market. Only reason for delay in selling was due to buyer's lendor. Regardless, both of you were there guiding and helping the place look its best.

WOW! What an amazing experience it has been working with Jon! Not only did he find my dream condo on the first day looking, he found a mortgage program I qualified for (being self employed makes it a little tricky). Throughout the process he managed and proactively followed up on all aspects of the deal. I’ve also had the opportunity to witness Jon as a selling agent while attending several open houses.
