Jon was awesome. We told told him what we were looking for and he delivered. Because of his expertise, he was able to maximize the profit of our mobile home sale and we got enough money with that alone to by our current house that he work hard for us to get. We were able to close in a month so Jon really went full on and helped make our dream home a reality

Jon was the agent for the people whose mobile home i was buying. My agent did not have the Mobile home expertise and Jon jumped in and really guided me through several bumps in the road. He helped me set up a spreadsheet to show the Mobile home park management that I did have the needed monthly income and that my credit card debt would be over once the sale of my home closed escrow. I have used several real estate agents and Jon was by far the best of the best! What was supposed to be a fairly straight forward sale ended up turning into a very complex, and difficult sale due to issues on the buyers end. I always felt that Jon had my best interest in mind and I knew he would go to bat for what was best for me. He was firm when he needed to be while always remaining professional. There were many times when his negotiation skills were really put to the test and he surpassed my expectations. He was timely and readily available to me which can be hard to find in a real estate agent! There were days when I contacted him several times throughout the day and he always responded promptly and reassured me that I was not being a pest (which I absolutely was!) He was very knowledgable about the market and had a way of breaking down complicated real estate terms into layman's terms. He made the entire tedious process of selling my place into the most enjoyable it could possibly be using his great sense of humor. Highly recommend Jon--he is the BEST!!
