Jonathan did a great job helping us navigate the apartment hunt process as first-time buyers. He spent time with us upfront to understand our preferences and served up a number of highly relevant listings. By the end of the process, we felt like we had seen basically everything that had met our search criteria.

Once we identified “the one”, Jonathan advised us on the offer strategy and did a great job helping us navigate the wrinkles that inevitable arose through the closing process. He remained highly responsive throughout the process and was genuinely committed to us achieving a successful outcome.

Jonathan was so patient with me and my daughter in our search for the perfect non cookie cutter one bedroom apt in the UES…not an easy feat considering the budget but Jonathan didn’t shake us loose. He delivered and we couldn’t be happier. He spent so much time with us we now get together for the occasional dinner, because once you meet him you just don’t want to say goodbye!
