Dominion Group Properties was founded in 2010 as Arnett Baer LLC in Scottsdale Arizona. In the beginning there was just 3 of us setting out to create a new company that was focused on recruiting, training and retaining the very best agents who aspired for client satisfaction. Since our founding we have grown to a firm with 20 plus agents and brokers closing over 200 sales a year in 3 office locations in Arizona. We use some of the very best technology to market, sell, communicate, oversee the various real estate transactions across the state. We are a full service residential real estate brokerage helping buyers and sellers at all price points. We also have a property management service to help our investors and tenants.
