Jonathan Chvala

Being a Virginia native, Jonathan grew up to love the DMV area and knows each neighborhood like the back of his hand. His real estate career really began while studying in college working with real estate development companies, and architects, and helping facilitate multifamily projects. Majoring in both Finance and Marketing with a Minor in the study of Psychology of Professional Sales, Jonathan learned how to serve clients but also market to them through more data-focused marketing. Fast forward to the present day, Jonathan founded DUO to create a more modern style-focused real estate team to not only change the way we view Real Estate Teams but to throw away the old brands and practices we are all used to.
If he has time off and actually does not have DUO on his mind, you might bump into him at a local brunch spot or a golf course since he now strives to be a professional golfer but has far to go.
