Jonathan Eismann, PA

With 25 years experience in Commercial Real Estate as both a successful Principal Investor and a top producing Sales Associate, Jonathan has a proven track record of identifying areas for investment long before they become household names - including South Beach, Lincoln Road, Wynwood, the Miami Design District, and Allapattah. He has closed an average of 20 successful and profitable transactions annually for his satisfied clients.

Before making Real Estate Brokerage his full time career, Jonathan, at the age of 27, was the Chef of the wildly successful China Grill in NYC where he managed a 165 person staff. He then created and was Chef Owner of the world renowned Pacific Time Restaurant in Miami Beach for 17 years. Jonathan graduated from the Culinary Institute of America as Student Voted Most Likely To Succeed and was honored as an Ambassador to the University in 2008. He earned his Certificate of Premier Commis at age 22 in Paris and Switzerland.

Jonathan has been with his fantastic wife for 30 years, and they have 2 amazing daughters. He has been piloting airplanes since he was a teenager and likes flying cross country flights as a ferry pilot as well as relief flights for Public Benefit Aviation supporting disaster recovery. Jonathan also enjoys being an Aviation Mentor to high school students in support of the AOPA Freedom to Fly Initiative.
