Jon helped me find my dream rental property. He not only helped me find a great property but also got me amazing deal terms. The lawyer at closing said he has not seen many deals with better terms as what I had in terms of minimizing closing costs and buying down my interest rate over 3%. Mr. Mironchik is not only extremely kind and attentive but he is so knowledgeable about the current market and his negotiation skills are unsurpassed. He Is very prompt and organized which is a plus in our book. He is a solid family man who totally understands his client's needs and actually builds a relationship with them.
