About Jonathan

Like so many others, I am a “transplant” to northwest Florida. I grew up on the west coast and joined the military shortly before 9/11. Ten years ago, my military service brought me to the panhandle, and the people, culture, and white sand beaches kept me here. My military service has taken me all over the world, and I can’t imagine a better place to plant roots than right here. When I’m not helping my real estate clients, you’ll find me coaching youth lacrosse, watching baseball, or exploring the downtown scene. I absolutely love it here, and I know you will, too. I’m proud to be a part of Hurd Real Estate & Company, and can’t wait to show you all the Gulf Coast has to offer.

Our experience with Jon as our realtor has been amazing! We have always been a little hesitant to work with realtors after several bad experiences in the past, but Jon has been nothing short of fantastic. He is very knowledgeable and always provides sound advice. Jon is also very communicative and always responded to every one of our (many) calls or texts. I don’t even know where to start with just how AMAZING Jon was as my realtor. I have worked with several realtors in the past and Jon blew me away with every single aspect of my selling and purchase experience. He went above and beyond what I expected out of a realtor. We had a wonderful experience selling our home with Jon. The whole process was handled very professionally. He was quick to respond to us whether it be text or email and he always found the answers to any questions we had. He went above and beyond to help with things at our home when we were out of town and could not address them ourselves.
